• In many cases, C-flex can be used for sulcus-fixation if inadequate capsular support precludes in-the-bag fixation. However, there is the potential for iris-chaffing and pigment dispersion for all conventional sulcus-positioned IOLs and this needs to be balanced against the specific patient’s needs and the intra-operative situation.

The Rayner C-flex (570C) hydrophilic acrylic injectable IOL is supplied in 0.9% saline solution in a pouched blister pack, sterilised by moist heat and presented in a convenient, ready to use Lens Injection System Pack containing:

• One C-flex injectable IOL
• One Rayner Single Use Soft-Tipped Injector
